BDI Wear Parts solution problem for customers with converse works analyzing

Problems：

Jaw plate’s design  is very old,  it is difficult to install due to the plate is large and bulky (about 3 tons), irregular in shape, different in surface contour, complex in features. The original manufacturer is not capable to provide proper parts with customers. It is an enormous challenge at production. Customer procurement is at great risk. If the data cannot be fully collected, the actual desired effect will not be achieved.

BDI problem solving strategy:

BDI has fully developed reverse engineering technology. With 3D laser scanner, the external featured data of original part could be accurately collected to generate actual 3D image in computer on site. Back to our engineering design department, the engineers will analyse the data collected and infomation gathered on site, communicate with customers in order to provide effective solutions and plans to current problems. The feedback from existing customers shows 30% of capital cost has been cut because of our professional techinical team, developed technology and trustworthy service.
