BDI engineers have a strong background in casting processes that involve the highest quality of alloys. We provide castings from 1lb. up to 30,000 lbs. Small runs or large runs, we do it all. In house abilities include spectrometer chemical analysis, impact testing, full mechanical testing, inspection including MPI and UT, heat treating, flame hardening, and digital design simulation. We can make over 150 kinds of metallic material.
